Broccoli and Brisket Stir-Fry?

I bet you're wondering why we used brisket in our Savory Broccoli Stir-Fry.
Isn't that an oxymoron?
We found another great way to use the leftover brisket that had slow cooked to perfection and was waiting patiently in the freezer. It was a great addition to this Stir-Fry.
We aren't totally satisfied with the taste yet and won't publish our recipe until we are. Ron's not liking the Chinese Five Spice and I think it would have been better using Toasted Sesame Oil, so we will make it again next week with these changes.
We had a great time experimenting, as always, and the best part is we made enough for our lunch today.
Meanwhile, tonight we are making scalloped asparagus. We both LOVE asparagus!
