2011, what a year! We sold our home in Florida and moved to Atlanta after Ron found a more stable job. We lived temporarily in a townhouse with a teeny tiny kitchen, which kind of took the joy out of cooking.
After a careful search we purchased a beautiful home north of Atlanta and we now have a chef's kitchen and are enjoying cooking again.
It's been a year and a half since I became a vegetarian and I've been very pleased with my decision. Ron's still a meat lover but has scaled down on his red meat consumption.
Our newest health decision has been to buy a juicer. We are going to try to drink our breakfast instead of our normal yogurt and banana meal.
We plan on eating our normal lunch and dinners.
We will share our favorite juice recipes as we experiment and will let you know the ins and outs on being juicing newbies.
