| Considering   fiber content, complex carbohydrates, protein, vitamins A and C, iron and   calcium, the sweet potato ranks very high in nutritional value. If they are   so good for you, why do most people douse them in brown sugar and   marshmallows? This is a simple way to cook and season sweet potatoes, using   only one spice. Allspice is not a   combination of many spices as the name implies. It reminds you of cinnamon,   nutmeg and cloves, but it’s actually a Jamaica pepper.  Showcasing its natural sweetness, the sweet   potato stands and delivers.
