Breakfast Bake

Fresh baked ham was added to the omnivores side.

We love our new baking dish! This is our 2 1/2 quart divided pan and we also ordered a 1 1/2 quart.

Ham and Cheese Breakfast Bake
This dish makes its own crust and can be made in a few minutes. Great for your overnight guests. We put ham on one side of the baking dish and left the other side without meat for the vegetarian. We used a glass baking dish that is divided in the center, which works out great.

Total Time:
40 min for 2 people
Serves 4
Preheat oven to 400° F

1 cup cooked ham
1 cup Swiss cheese
1/3 cup onion
1 ½ cups milk
3 eggs
¾ cup Bisquick baking mix
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon garlic salt
Dash cayenne pepper (optional)
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Slice or cube cooked ham
Cut into small ½” pieces
Chop
Place ham, cheese and onions in the bottom of lightly greased baking dish.

Repeat on the vegetarian side, eliminating the ham.
In medium bowl, stir together the milk, eggs, baking mix and all seasonings. Pour into baking dish. Do not stir

Bake 35 - 40 min or until golden brown
